Sounds crazy,but yes! it's true. I am not joking. Because it might be difficult for many people to to cut down the amount of food they eat in their initial stages. Therefore we have a solution.
The idea is very simple, you have to replace your cookies and oily foods with healthier and tastier food stuff. Such as Tomato, Cucumber, Fruits, etc. Have you ever tried these vegetables, surely if you will eat these vegetables in raw form specially cucumber and tomato etc., in a nicely decorated plate with long slice and little bit of salt sprayed in it, you are going to love it. It is a very tasty snack.
Green leafy vegetables in their raw form taste better and awesome to me as compared to cooked vegetables. In fact I do not eat cooked green leafy vegetables, they are much tastier in their raw form.Fruits are far more tastier than cookies, pizza and burger. So why not try these.
